October has been a very busy but exciting month for the project!
We have been releasing new works from our online project 'The Arc Project: Digital Edition over the last 2 months and our final addition to the project will be released on Friday. Click here to check out all the works in this series.
In August, we released our first video in our monthly YouTube Series, 'Introducing Contemporary Composition' with a very informative video by professional cellist, Rebecca Burden on how to compose/extended techniques for the cello. Our September video features Lizzie Knatt on the recorder our recently released video is on the horn by Nathan Barker. We have also started taking applications for our first project of 2021, 'Beyond 88'. With this project, we hope to encourage the creation of new piano works that explore techniques beyond the confines of the keyboard.

Ruth Lee’s award winning piece ‘Dyr’ for solo lever or pedal harp now available for purchase (click here). The piece won the Iain Macleòid Young Composer Award 2019 and was recently premiered in the Virtual Edinburgh Harp Festival 2020.
James Mcllwrath was recently interviewed by PRXLUDES regarding his performance at 'Don't Mind Control' and his approaches to performance in and out of lockdown. If you would like to have a read click here.
Jake Adams has been commissioned by the Skipton Camerata as part of their Lockdown Diaries project. The piece will be released in a series of films on November 12th, with a live premiere planned for 2021.
